Dog Handling for Weddings
Would you like to incorporate your dog into your wedding?
We provide specialized pet care and onsite support for couples who want to have their dog present on the big day. We are there to make sure your fur baby is present for the important moments, but perfectly taken care of behind the scenes so you can enjoy yourself and not have to stress about logistics in caring for the safety of your dog.
Our Pricing and Offerings
Baseline Package
We charge $95/hour (minimum of 3 hours). This price includes the following:
Free phone consultation with our head dog trainer
Dog handling and dog sitting to attend to your dogs basic needs throughout the wedding (walks, treats, food, water, bathroom breaks)
Mild training with a mark-reward system to keep your dog calm, focused and obedient during the event.
Coordinate with photographers to get beautiful photos with you, your fiancé, your wedding party and your dog.
Transportation to/from onsite locations (hotel, photoshoot, ceremony location or venue).
Assistance in allowing guests to meet and greet your dog throughout event (if desired)

Add ons
Meet and Greet - $100-$150 (depending on location) - Days or weeks prior to the wedding, we can meet your dog so we can be familiar with each other in order to ensure a smooth transition on the big day. Recommended for anxious or high energy dogs.
Offsite Pick Up - $50-100 (location dependent) - We can pick up dog at a private residence and transport to wedding venue.
Offsite Drop Off - $50-100 (location dependent) - We can drop off your dog from the wedding to a at a private residence after the wedding is over.
Post-Wedding Dog Sitting - $60/day* - Extended dog sitting for after the wedding while you honeymoon or enjoy some time off after the big event.
*Lower price available for periods greater than 3 days.
Travel Fees
$75 travel fee for weddings 20-40 miles from St James area
$125 travel fee for weddings 40-70 miles from St James area
$175 travel fee for weddings 70+ miles from St James area
