Yes. Your first class includes a free private consultation prior to the start of the class. Depending on which class you sign up for determines the type of consultation required.

When you sign up for a private class a 30 minute phone call or virtual meeting is required prior to the start of the first session.

When you sign up for a group class a 60 minute in person meeting is required prior to the start of the first session.
