In Person Consultation

This is the first step and prerequisite for our group classes. This is a chance for me to get to know you, your dog and their unique personality as well as your goals prior to our group sessions. We will meet at a private residence so I can assess your dog and you can get to know me and ask any questions or resolve any doubts privately before we begin group class.

In this consultation we go over a few simple techniques for proper leash holding and the Never-Let-Go-of-the-Leash rule. Because we will be training in a public park, we also will go over hypothetical scenarios and what to do when confronted with a tense situation. Clients will learn about the 3-foot rule, what to do when a dog or owner is stressed, and our force-free techniques. Each client will be introduced to our integrated training philosophy, beliefs and modalities that have created Wolf Moon Dog Training.

Children wanting to join class require adult supervision, while all participants need appropriate footwear and clothing.
